  • 10:00 Set-up only: Restricted access for pre-registered sponsors' personell (booth set-up only), organizers
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch exclusively for participants of DjangoGirls and Humble Data
  • 18:00 BCC closed (for everyone, including setup)

👉 We recommend everyone who can to pick up their badge on Sunday. The fewer people we have to check in on Monday, the more relaxed it is for everyone.😎 The organisation will thank you 😊

All train stations are well-connected to the public transport.

We offer reduced tickets for travel with DB (Germany only: see here)


Berlin Airport is also connected to the public transport. You should know that there are staff shortages at the airport from time to time and the recommendation is to be at the airport two hours before departure 😔.

Luggages and Jackets


Please kindly store your luggage at your accommodation. No luggage is permitted inside the venue!. Small bags such as laptop bags or backpacks that can accommodate a laptop are acceptable. In the event that you are unable to store your luggage at your accommodation, we offer a limited-capacity luggage container conveniently located in front of the building for your convenience


We have a cloakroom available inside the venue for your coats (but not for any no luggage)
